Fantastic place for good spices!

MySpicer.com (Rocky Mountain Spice Company) is totally unprofessional with regards to shipping, packaging, and customer service. As I write this I am still awaiting a return shipping label for 15 pounds of spices they sent me that I did not order. After waiting patiently for 22 days for the label and the correct spices of my order, I finally called them again today to simply cancel my order and just send the return label. We'll see what happens. Also, this is the second time I've had ordering problems with this company. With the first problem they did not include an ordered item in the shipment and when I called to inquire about it I got the impression I was speaking with an 8-year-old school girl that could hardly care less. After some persistence on my part I was finally informed that they no longer carry the item I ordered (although it was available for purchase). I had to actually request a refund for the missing item they did not send. Unbelievable! And worse yet, their expensive shipping is based on weight (understandable) but I did not get refunded the difference in shipping weight based on the bulk item that I did not receive! With regards to their shipping and packaging, their shipping is expensive in relationship to the flimsy packaging they use. The boxes are so thin they hardly hold together during shipment and when received the tape is peeling and the seams are splitting. Overall, I've never had a problem with their spices & products such as issues with mold, dirt, or other contamination. I've only had problems with the competency and professionalism of the company itself. But if you can't get what you purchased then it's pointless to do business with them. I sincerely believe I am done with this company. There are several alternative suppliers that are far more competent and professional.

I'm from Missouri. We had Amish markets that sold a big tub (8oz) of cinnamon for $1.99. just trying to find something similar here in Denver. Walmart sells like 2.5 for $6
Hi Jeanette. We are not a retail sales store but the general public can buy spices from us online here: https://www.myspicer.com/ If you don't want your spices shipped you can select the local pick up option. You should allow a few days for your order to be ready before pickup.
