This place is SO BAD! It is overpriced for what you pay. The driving range was basically dirt. We were on the 18th tee box when the marshal came up and yelled at us we had to return the carts and couldn’t finish our overpriced round. Worst course I’ve ever played, people are super rude.

i’ve played here a handful of times over the last 3 months. it’s a beautiful course, however the employees are snarky and rude. no matter the tee time, we are always belittled about having the cart back or told we can’t take a cart. reserved a tee time for this evening and was refused a cart. I have asthma and can’t walk the hills. Beyond frustrated after rushing to get here and looking forward to playing all day. No plans on playing here ever again.

The last 2 rounds I've played at Foothills were the longest rounds of golf I've ever played, clocking in at 5 hours and 5.5 hours each, despite there being at least 3 marshals on the course to keep up pace of play. I will not be returning to play the Championship 18 ever again because I value my time way more than this course does. The conditions are average at best, pace of play is abysmal, and they charge $22 a head for carts and force you to ride with a stranger if you would otherwise be riding solo. The only saving graces of this facility are the executive 9 and the driving range. I used to consider this my home course due to its convenient location, but I am glad to have better options now.
