Just saw that this HOA is foreclosing on a home bc of un paid fines of 800 usd after the owner had been paying mortgage for over 11yrs. I would stay away from them

Corrupt and shady HOA. A elderly family member was notified of a lien placed on their home because of HOA fines! From being grass that was maybe a centimeter to tall to maybe not bringing the trash can in as soon as they picked it up! The yard is cut by their grandson who also volunteers at nursing homes and tutors kids. So god forbid that their grandson wasn’t able to make it to cut their yard or do a couple other things for them. Never have they been notified of these ridiculous fines only when they were all due and that they had a lien on their home! Sounds like a complete scam and pocketing that money! The mortgage is paid every month and even paid way before it’s due, and these unknown fines are going to put elderly couple out on the street!! Save your money and don’t look for your home here because you too could me homeless before you know it!

This HOA, their office staff, attorneys and board members are all corrupt, shady, scandalous, sneaky, and conniving. They print a violation and say they send it to the home, but not actually send it until they actually send something letting you know they issued a fine. Just so they can get money and even try to take your home. If I could leave negative stars I would. The lady (Dawn) in the office is rude and disrespectful and probably the worst one to deal with. These people are out of control and need to be stopped.I will stop at nothing to make sure they don't get to bully homeowners anymore.
