They are correct in saying green chili and cheese. If you have never eaten these tamales, you must try them. The red tamales as also tasty. The green tamales have a flavor factor of cumin spice and garlic seasoning. They are very unique and seasoned perfectly. They are truly delicious with their smothered green house chili. "A definate must try."βββββ
