I ended up leaving empty-handed because they said what I needed doesn't exist, which isn't true because I purchased the items there before. They were males so they knew everything yet know nothing. I will drive the extra miles, out of way and not frequent this location again.

Store was closed for a remodel, but they were still open at the front door and we’re going to get you whatever you needed, I thought that was pretty awesome!

This BestBuy is apparently under construction. The inside is completely closed off to customers and instead serving as a warehouse of sorts. They do have a walk up area with a tent at the front door for pickup orders as well as walk-up customers who can talk to store reps about things they're looking to buy. The service is still quick and good, just be aware that it's not a normal functioning BestBuy at the moment.

Worst experience I have had in colorado. Do not bother with best buy, the customer service will do next to nothing to assist with their own mistakes.

Calling best buy now will link you to a phone hub. So you won't be able to actually call a store. You can request a transfer to a store to talk to them.

I honestly don't know about Best Buy but you can definitely trade it to someone for something.
You have to navigate through the automated system to get to someone, it can be tricky. They really push for you to go online check for everything but I call for the same reasons. Unfortunately the people on the phone are usually about as good as checking online. Best solution I've come across is to just order it for pickup and if they dont have it, you'll be alerted. Its still far from ideal.
The TV has to be a 32 inch TV or under and there's a $25 fee for them to take it.
To my knowledge, all have some kind of speaker built-in, but no telling how good they are.
