Just unbelievable to me that you can't just walk in and open an account. You need an appointment???? This branch was not very accommodating at all. Walked out and went to US Bank who bent over backwards to accommodate us.

My mother, a recent widow was targeted by scammers who wanted her to purchase thousands of dollars worth of gift cards. They are so slick and the best at their dubious profession, but my mother decided to stop into her local Wells Fargo Bank branch on the way. Thank goodness for the kind people who helped her, she stopped there because she knows everyone ... Thank you Wells Fargo in Sun City Grand, AZ!

A week or so ago when the banks online banking was down I came into the bank. A woman named Sarah K. went above and beyond to try to help me. Excellent customer service
