My experience with LBS is always a pleasure. Keith is the rep that I deal directly with; he has a great attitude, is always courteous and professional, his knowledge and skills are second to none. Often he is able to resolve issues over the phone or remotely without having to disrupt our daily ops. When working on site is required, he is always punctual and resolves any issue in a timely manner whether simple or complex. Does your monthly fee go up and down based on what you are supporting?

Logical Business Solutions want to make sure that you are only billed for what you use. Our fees can change as you downsize or increase the number people we serve or should the number of servers change.

Do you charge us for onboarding or project fees? Labor for system upgrades, office moves, installing new equipment?

Logical Business Solutions does not charge onboarding fees. Project fees may be charged for system upgrades, office moves, installing new equipment. This allows us to keep monthly costs at a minimum.

How is your contract structured? Is there anything that you charge extra for?

Contracts are for 3 years of 24/7/365 support and a charged monthly. Our program is designed to be cost efficient for you. Billing separately for special projects allows us to keep routine monthly costs down.
