This review is for the hair salon. Worst experience ever. Never had time to complete my hair. Always stated can color today and come back 2 weeks for a cut or vice versa. Everytime I went was the same story. Not to mention was charged close to 400 dollars and looked like I never had my hair done. Was told oh I like ashy. Told oh you can come back in 2 weeks and I will redo it. Save your money and your hair! Go somewhere else!!!!

September 16th at 5:10 est Polo 4.2 OZ red was advertised for $98.00 and the registed ranged it higher. I shower Erica and Bri where it was marked incorrectly. Yet they told me I judt have to pay what the register says. This was the worst customer service experience in a while. Managers are put into place to address mistakes aka judgement calls. Whoever the GM or Regional Rep is, i would recommend a coaching to see what she could have done differently.
