If you get a drink refill, don’t ever go to the counter with it. They charge you again even when you have free refill after so much gas you buy, and they just mistreat you instead of admitting the mistake. They literally rob you in your face. I asked for a defund and not even a manager knew how to do it. It wasn’t about the money, but about mistreating customers without even the intention of helping admitting they were mistaken. They were so miserable that I asked them to forget about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Apparently Latin people are not very welcomed there. So sorry for them, coz’ I’ll be back and they will have to treat me better next time.

they made me wait 1 hour and a half for an oil change and then they tell me they do not have the filter that does not respect a place that is for that and that has nothing
