Overpriced at $40 a day during a Penn State game but then again its also State College so I don't expect much else and its the closest to Beaver Stadium.

It is very nice, but they discriminate against construction workers parking in there..... we got kicked out due to students coming back, and now have to commute on a bus from lot 44 which is blocks from the jobsite. We are paying customers just like everybody else !

Yes just not overnight
No. There is closer designated parking for football.
I know during the week it is roughly $1 an hr not sure for PSU games
