Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Asked a question and was hung up on by female sales associate. Spoke to manager and he was Just as rude. Go elsewhere- UPS is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID. Stick with USPS!!!!

The Hamilton Square UPS Store does an outstanding job supporting all of my business requirements, from shipping to receiving as well as packaging, printing, and notary services. As well as stocking supplies to support my business requirements. This store is managed by Allen McGriff and I found him to be a great professional manger of this store and someone who goes above and beyond to support his customers. There are many UPS Stores around but they are not all the same. I have found this one to be especially supportive and recommend them to anyone needing such services in their business.

The manager, Allen, did more than just help me out with shipping a package, he waited for over 45 minutes with me to make sure everything was taken care of properly, all of the staff is freindly and will do everything in their power to help you with any problem you have, never thought I would say I had an awesome experience at a UPS store!
