The APRN is very rude to costumers. I arrived in need of help for my TB screen and she would not see me, I understand the reason why but I don’t understand why she extremely rude about the conversation. I did not raise my voice or exert any attitude but she definitely did. If I could give less of a star I would. Never had such a bad experience with a medical professional and I’m literally an ER nurse
