My birthday party was shut down before it even started for violations like the fire alarm which isn’t my responsibility she ignored my calls when I asked for a refund wouldn’t recommend it

I had rent this building from ms terry for my nephew birthday party this Saturday just past the police and fire marshal had came and shut it down saying it was to many people and the build had a lot of City violations the fire marshal had put red paper on the door I had went up yesterday she took the sign down and is still leasing the build
