Previous reviewer mentioned restrooms and boat ramp, there are none at this particular location. Neighborhood boatramp is on San Juan Avenue. This remnant of old state highway 15 was adopted by the nearby residents and is simply a quiet, excellent spot to cast a line near The Loop, Bookmine, Roosevelt Shopping center, is accessible from Lakeside Drive/Lakeshore Blvd, partially shaded by the Roosevelt Boulevard bridge overhead. The pier is in a nice location in the city sandwiched between two bridges. Nice to watch trains, boats as they pass under the draw bridge, and fish.
