I had a great experience with Chris! He really knows what he's talking about and is a pleasure to work with. I had a guitar that needed a bridge reset and some other work. I took it to a local music shop and they weren't equipped to do this kind of work, so they recommended Chris to me. He got the guitar back to me in a timely manner (exactly when he said he would) and it sounds fantastic. I was so satisfied with the service I got that he's now working on another one of my guitars. Definitely 5/5 experience, couldn't recommend more
