As a first time Jeep owner, we have had such a terrible experience with this dealership. Brand new lease and the bumper wasn't installed correctly. Was told by our sales guy to call and schedule a service appointment and explain that the bumper needs clips probably. Called and explained, and scheduled an appointment, brought it in only for them to turn us away as they don't do bodywork there, we had to call the autobody directly (strike one) unbeknownst to us after leaving with the car, we were unaware that yet the vw we had brought in off lease was never sent a check for the payoff, so 28 days go by and after multiple calls, they te us that they sold the car to another vw dealership and that they were sending the payment over electronically. We were a day a way before vw finance was going to send us into collections (strike 2). Whe ln you call and ask for the finance manager and they tell you he's not in, but is sitting in his office.. yeah, don't lie..(strike 3). Won't be using their service dept, or stepping foot in this crooked dealership again. *update- I have spoken to the GM and they did do right and have resolved the issues. I wish it didn't have to come to this, but I will give them 3 stars as they did follow up and were very helpful.

Melissa, Debbie, and Franklin were fantastic! Melissa worked with me via email to discuss my car of interest, price, and trade-in, which was extremely convenient. Melissa, on behalf of the dealership, gave me a great deal on my new car and offered more for my trade-in than I was expecting. Given today's market, where many dealerships are taking advantage of customers, I started to think I was being tricked (especially since the back and forth was over email and in a timely fashion). I had to pick up the phone and call to make sure my deal was real! I live about an hour from the dealership, but that didn't bother me because I knew I was in safe, trustworthy hands. Debbie and Franklin both assisted me the day I picked up the car. Debbie took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle and even went beyond her responsibility by helping me wrap up final steps with my trade-in. Her exceptional customer service continued even after the deal was done and I drove off the lot- checking up a few days after to see how everything was going and to make sure I was satisfied. Franklin was extremely patient and attentive. He explained my warranty options in great detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me sound advice about how to approach making a decision. Franklin ended up customizing a warranty package that worked best for my situation. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and positive. I am so thankful for Melissa, Debbie and Franklin. I hit the jackpot with them and Jeep Chrysler Dodge City.

I had some big issues with my Jeep, but the owner of the company at the stamford Jeep dealership was super helpful and realized how to fix the issue , I would like to thank him and his staff for working with me. John was a great help and had excellent customer service, even though my issue wasn't an easy fix he did try to accommodate me the best he could.

Today I got my new 2022 JEEP GC. I am so pleased with my experience at this dealership. I had a great team: Christina, Melissa, and Frank who helped me from start to finish. I work all day and Christina was able to help me get exactly what I wanted without making several trips or having to make a bunch of phone calls - instead I just had to show up to the dealership to sign, pay and drive off. It happened so fast! It was a very seamless experience! Melissa was very helpful and super nice! Frank explained everything thoroughly and precisely to me. Jeep City is closed on Sunday. However, we are open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Friday and on Saturdays 9:00 to 6:00 pm
Our service technicians recommend that you change the oil & filter every 3,000-5,000 miles for conventional oil. Synthetic oil normally should be changed every 7,500 - 10,000 miles. Keep in mind it's best to check your owner's manual and consult your dealer to find out the intervals that work best for your car to keep all of your engine's many parts thoroughly lubricated. Our service center also provides several amenities to help you stay productive while we service your vehicle.
