One of the best community parks I've been to. This place is huge. They have so many different playgrounds that we've never felt crowded. Lots of open spaces, as well. Check it out if you're in the area.

10am to 3pm mid May thru labor day. May close due to excess mud. Closes for lunch 11:45 to 12:35
Yes, it is a beautiful xx peaceful Park
Yes
Depending on the act, and the weather it gets VERY CROWDED. but if you want to park close to the amphitheater, I'd try to get there around four or five at the latest. NO SHUTTLES. ITS IN LANCASTER.
Everything is closed on Sundays
Talk to the owners. Im sure they would probably be glad for a good offer.
I believe they're cancelled.
I think it is daily! There is an ice cream parlor next to it AND miniature golf. We went on a Monday and there was also a huge park next to it!
There are fees for the park but only for special events and only particular ones such as the Labor Day Art Show. Outside of that the park is 99% of the time free...including concerts The park was donated by the will of a local judge. It is run and cared for by the Sertoma club. It also houses the Lancaster City police horses, and a petting zoo. It also hosts the world's largest annual chicken bbq on the third Saturday of May ..which helps keep it free.
No swimming, it's more of a duck pond, not so much a lake. And there are ducks and geese in the pond. Just don't feed them, they leave enough of a mess by themselves already.
Not to my knowledge of that
There are rules about obtaining permits for remote air born toys/drones but not boats or water crafts so you should be fine but I would believe it's best to get a permit to be safe
Vending machines only unless there is an event
The restrooms are ~150-200 yards from the stage.
There isn't just a single parking lot here. You can find several spots to park throughout.
They do have pavilions there that the public can rent. You would need to reserve them through the City of Lancaster, PA's website. I know people that simply come to the park and combine a series of the picnic tables together and call it a day! —Best of luck
They have roof top open space pavilion. Really good for different occasions.
Is open
There is a snack bar in the park, but not sure what the hours are.
It closes at 10:00 PM. I can't remember what time it opens.
Children can fish - catch and release only. Mostly sunnies, blue gills and carp. No adult fishing!
No alcohol allowed at Park this includes even at rented pavilion
There are a few bathrooms all around the park. No porta potties real stall bathrooms.
Yes
Yes. Nice ones by the big pavilion. They are under nice little shelters. Bring your own charcoal.
I believe it's 3 laps
There is a donkey, who is quite loud at times, the mounted police horses, goats & llamas
Yes!

They are usually rain or shine. The artist r covered by the amphitheatre
No you can set it up where ever you want
If you go online on Long Parks website you should be able to find out if they're open or not normally they are but it's a possibility that they are not there's a lot of stuff going on over there construction wise
Petting zoo hours are 10–3, 7 days a week, mid-May—Labor Day. Closed for lunch 11:45–12:35.
For pavilion rental, fishing and petting zoo information, please contact the City of Lancaster 717-291-4835
