Awful experience. The crew was supposed to arrive between 9 and 11 (I was told that I was the second customer that day). When I called at 10:20 to ask if they were on the way, I was told that I am next. Called again at noon to be told that they left a voicemail on my phone (absolutely false as I had the phone on me at all times and was sitting at home waiting for them; the phone never rang and no voicemail was left) and that they were waiting for my response to go to my house. At that point, I was already late for my appointment (as I was hoping to leave my house at 11:00). At 12:30, when the crew was still nowhere to be seen, I had to call again and cancel the service. The person on the phone was trying to make excuses instead of apologizing and offering to reschedule for upcoming days. I wasted the entire morning, missed my appointment, and will have to schedule my heating maintenance with another company. Absolutely disappointing and definitely never again with Zimmerman. UPDATE: Zimmerman's response to my review further demonstrates the way they conduct business. I was specifically told they would arrive between 9 and 11, not 1. I was also told that I was the second job on that day. On top of that, no one ever called me, so how could I respond to their message? Finally, when I called at noon to see what's happening, I was told that the crew is waiting and will be on the way immediately. Yet, at 12.30 they were still not here. So, I called three times between 10.20 and 12.30, yet the response makes it seem as if it is my fault that the crew never showed in my house. Blame the customer. That's a great strategy. I can only assume that this was not a high priority because it was an already pre-paid heating service. I deeply regret having this company do a fairly large job for us this spring. Should have spent my money elsewhere.

Afternoon Ms. Keeney, if it's a unit that sits high in the wall and resembles a traditional window unit and you don't know the age it may be best to replace. Find the model number and try to do a search to confirm the age. We unfortunately do not work on or sell these types of a/c systems. Thanks for reaching out to us - Tim
