I was in search for Toyota 4Runner Off-Road, one morning I received a call from Chris Smith at Fitzgerald Toyota. He said, "we have a 4Runner Off-Road, just arrived yesterday. Would you be interested ?" Of course I said absolutely and in a few hours I arrived to Chambersburg, PA. The first thing I noticed is the big sign in the front of the dealership that said "NO MARKUPS". I was very much impressed with this approach to how they conduct business. As I was searching for a truck, many other dealerships do add markups to the price of the 4Runners. As I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and quickly directed to Chris, our salesman. He was very friendly, open and willing to make the deal happen. I felt very comfortable with the price and what came with it. We signed all the paperwork and continued to work with their financial officer - Danielle Mann. She was fantastic as well, friendly, funny and professional. Overall, very satisfied with everything and definitely will recommend Fitzgerald Toyota Chambersburg. Thank you !

We arrived early for car inspection and were leaving five minutes after our scheduled appointment time. In other words, our time was considered valuable. Staff was cordial, respectful, and eager to please throughout our visit. New appointment/new review: Everything about this visit was very efficient, from scheduling to intake to completion. Each requested repair was clearly explained, with the option to accept or decline, and lines of communication remained open throughout the appointment. Clearly, customer consideration is a top priority, and we trust this dealership for honesty and competent workmanship.

That's about it plus additional state taxes if the vehicle is bought out of state And emission testing costs if state is an emission testing state.

Usually depends on if service is open. If service is open then probably. But if it's just sales I doubt it unless they decide to keep 1 around just in case 1 is needed.
