SECURITY TAGS. I love BJs more than I care to admit. Unfortunately I do not live nearby. They keep leaving security tags on my clothing. Mind you most of the items I buy have no security tags in it which is probably why they don’t think to double check. I forgot to double check since I stop in probably 2-3 times per year. My last 3 visits they left security tags on my stuff. I’m beyond annoyed right now as I write this review. I have to drive all the way back over there just for them to remove the tag. SMH. I’m going to write to corporate about this because it’s way too inconvenient. Otherwise BJs is truly worth 5 stars. It would be nice if adding categories was an option. Otherwise they get 5 stars all around outside the the security tag issue. Why check people at the door if the security tag DOESNT set off the alarm.

I purchased a full sheet cake for my parents 70th anniversary party. A lady by the name of B.J. helped me to select the cake size, color of flowers and icing. I brought in a wedding photo that was transferred to the cake. B.J. went above and beyond listening to what I was looking for and helping me decide on the right cake for the event. She was extremely kind and helpful. The cake was perfect!

I am so tired of coming to the warehouse and items advertised as on sale are not available. So frustrating

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Been trying to return a tv for 2 weeks. Run, dont walk away from this place. Shameful.
