Senior manger was too rude, and over all Apple company steel money from ppl. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max after one year and one day start dropping signal. When I go there they had only two offer for me upgrade your phone which is I will pay 600$ or we will give you another iPhone 12pro max will charge you 599$ so over all I can say for having iPhone we pay 75$ a month. Which is not fair I hope govt pay attention to these thief’s.

All associates were very kind and helpful. They helped me set up my new iPhone but we ran into some issues transferring my old number. They directed me to contact my carrier for further assistance. Great customer service :)

Waited for 2 hours to have the Genius Bar look at an iPhone for battery replacement, only for them to tell me they can’t do it.

Very unprofessional, booked an appointment at 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM, I have been waiting here for an additional 45 minutes now and no service has been provided yet. Stop making nonsense promises

Make a genius bar appointment and stop by.
Go here https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ and make an appointment
Their website
On your iTunes account
It depends on the reason why you're going there. If you're trying to fix a device, then Yes, if you're buying a new device, I don't think you will need an appointment. Hope this will help.
Call them and ask them. They have a web link they will send you to schedule.
Until 8pm (technical appointments end an hour before close)
Call them or on line.
This location is providing limited services and they don't take appointments for now. So you have to visit the store and there might be a waiting time and masks are required.
Call the online service or visit a store for assistance
Make an appointment through apple website > support or just walk in. For my apple watch repair, I walked in a Sunday last month without appointment & I had to wait for half hour.
Yes it's best to make an appointment and you just call up Apple and they will make an appointment for you
Appointments are recommended but not totally necessary.
Yes, they are open. Please note, you will have to wait in a line outside the store before being able to gain entry into the store.
Yes you can
Yes. All product purchases. Tech support appointments by phone call
Go to the Apple website find the store you want to go to they will show you the times & days available
Go to the Apple website find the store near you that you want to go to they show you the times & days available for that store
It is open to public wear your mask and try to keep 6ft distance
No, I do not
Yes, you need appt. But you can go early and get the appt for 2 hours late.
I don"t no
the mak book is good
Call to get an appointment. But they should be able to fix it.
No
For the best answer, please go to the Apple store in person or call them. It will also depend on whether or not the product is opened. Good luck.
Appointments are made through Apple's customer care portal. You can always go to the store and ask them to help you schedule one, they will get you access on one of the display devices. However, same day appointments are rare. When scheduling online you can compare availability across multiple stores in a particular region.
Takeit to store guys.they'll help
Correct. You need to have or will get an appointment scheduled. Supplies are low.
You would have to check online or in the store itself.
Yes, and any NFC payment that works normally. Highly ironic, though!
Yes, but I would schedule it online. They have a significant backlog right now due to the degradation announcement fallout.
I would recommend going to their website to schedule it.
I would like to set up an appointment to get a new battery for my iPhone 6
If they opened it back up online, you should be able to make an appointment online to get one in store. When they 1st came out they took that feature away.
You can call them to book an appointment, but a walk-in will be just fine as well. I always Walk in and the wait is rather a short one, unless on a very busy day.
No lmfao
Apple Stores do not carry refurbished products, but you can buy them on the special deals site and have them shipped to your house or to the closest store.
There's a kiosk on the first floor that says it repairs phones and tablets. You can also have a tech at Apple look at it for you
