Keneesha is by far the most rude person I have ever spoken with in customer service!!! She needs a new day time job that does not imvolve people. Flournoy is not knowledgeable of their jobs either. They are disrespectful and uncaring. They communicate with so much attitude in their voices. Rent/buy from another company that's caring to take your hard earned money.. Not from a company that's rude and still wants your money

Unfortunately, a lot of realtors in Columbus have no respect for military families.
This company doesn't rent to people jointly with a combinedincome if you are not married. And you have to make 3x the rent amount to apply. Can apply at there office on wynnton rd.
