5000 mile service and state inspection. What can go wrong ? I arrived at my appointment and was told right off that state inspection was not possible. This is ok due to the fact that I was left a voicemail that I missed. Something about a days old computer problem. Maybe a better IT tech would help. I never heard of a dealership service dept. not being able to do a state inspection. They did change my oil and gave my car a "courtesy car wash". Here's where the problems start. When I paid by credit card, I was given a receipt for the card and nothing else. I did not receive the paperwork for description of work done with cost. I did not catch this and left without this paperwork. When I got home , I called service and was emailed this paperwork. When I reviewed paperwork I noticed a error . The paperwork stated that I had been given 0W20 Mazda full synthetic. This is an incorrect oil for my vehicle. I have a 2021 CX 30 TURBO. The correct oil for the turbo is 5W30 (thicker viscosity) The 0W20 is for the non turbo engine. I called the service guy and was told that I had received 5W30 and paperwork stated 0W20 was a clerical error. This does not inspire confidence when service can't get the paperwork correct. I guess I believe this explanation. But who knows. Also , another thing I noticed was the oil level on the dipstick with a warm engine. When I took delivery , when I got home was to check the dipstick on a warm engine. The dipstick showed oil level to be right in the center between the high and low marks. After my first oil change, I checked the dipstick on a warm engine . Again the dipstick showed oil level to be right in the center between the high and low marks. Based on this observation of the 1st and 2nd oil fills, I assumed the correct warm engine reading was center between the high and low marks. Now, after this oil change, the stick is showing warm engine level at about 1/4 inch above high mark. Now I have no real ideal as to what is a correct "full oil" reading. Now with the issue of the car wash. When I got in my car to leave, the car was soaking wet. Nothing dried but the windows. I assumed that car was soaking wet with DI water and would dry without water spots. Was I wrong. By the time I got home, the car was covered with water spots (hard water mineral deposits). When I wash my car at home, I always final rinse with DI water for no water spots. If someone like your car washer is going to wash a car with hard water, they should at least finish the job with a wipe down. Also, I did not know you were going to wash my car. The car was spotless clean when I brought it in. Thankyou for your attention to these matters. PLEASE REFER TO JACK GIAMBALVO CUSTOMER REVIEVS ON YELP FOR MY REPLY TO YOUR FOLLOW-UP COMMENTS. Forgot to post. John and Cameron took care of me last month and got me into a new sedan. Great service, definitely recommend.

Awesome group. I am from FL and had a service issue. They had me come right in. Were able to resolve. So friendly and capable. If I still lived in PA I would buy my next Mazda from them!
