Easy to get to from the freeway, as well as get back onto the freeway. Rooms are large and accommodating, especially with pets. Full kitchen is great and the other facilities on-site look very nice (laundry, pool, exercise room).

Don't waste your time! They don't even deserve 1 star. Read my last review for the back story... After all of that I had gotten double charged. I called multiple times to get ahold of management but "how convenient" they weren't there. So I finally called the main customer service line and got ahold of management. Well I got refunded my discount.. at least I think. It's not in my account yet but hopefully it shows up in the next few days. Anyways... I spoke to "The manager" and he said he would contact advanced purchase to honor the discount they gave me on the property. A few days past and the front desk calls me... not the manager. She doesn't tell me anything but gives me a number to call the Advance purchase to finalize the refund. WOW! That didn't happen. I was on the phone for 40 minutes doing "The Managers" Job. The lady I spoke with at Advance had know clue what was going on and She had to call the hotel directly twice. She is the only one that really tried helping me get things resovled. Granted things still aren't and I haven't gotten my money back but she is trying. Hoping to get some sort of answers today. We are in June and I'm dealing with this mess from May 19th. Worst customer service! Worst Experience! So dissapointing coming from a loyal Hilton guest! Save your money! A motel would probably provide better service.

Room was clean and larger than expected. A+. Parking was tight. There's not a lot of room for the multiple turns you have to make when leaving, especially when you are driving a dually truck. Lots of roaches in parking lot. Other than that, it was fine. Served its purpose after a 12 hrs day of driving.

Room was good, extra little kitchenette at Homewood Suites makes the entire experience nicer than most other hotels. However included breakfast was atrocious and evening social (food, drinks, etc.) basically no longer exists. Aside from the kitchenette, those were the aspects of Homewood Suites that really set it above the rest. Given such a let down of those services I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully other Homewoods still prioritize these amenities.
