They reached out to me quickly. Did all the paperwork on line and the location couldn't be better. Industrial area, no near by neighborhoods, very secure. Gave me a remote so no remembering codes. Have 2 dump stations for quick in and out. Someone one lives on site 24/7. I get to come and go anytime. It seems new to me and well cared for.
