Very nice ac. Shower was roomy, but no tub! Black marks on the walls (footprints?) Curtains off track. Evidence of bugs (roach?) seen in bathroom. See pics. Overall it seemed nice and quiet. Clean public areas and parking lot.

I am not one to leave a bad review but when you pay a hefty price for sub par service, it’s time for one. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. It is very disappointing to say the least. The rooms were dirty including the towels had hair. The bedsheet was old with dark stain and hair as if the sheets were never replaced. The kitchen stove as advertised wasn’t working not just in one room but 2 separate rooms. One of the rooms had broken light fixtures that made it difficult to see near the bed. I told the front staff worker the next morning about it but after coming back that evening, it was still not fixed. There were no hangers to hang your clothes. For a large corporation like this, you would think they can afford to give their customers some hangers. The chairs were dirty. I felt like I was in a third world country. I had very similar experience with this exact hotel brand at a different location. I gave it another chance and I can say that the only consistency is lack of service. Why stay in business if the company can’t keep the hotel rooms decent. Im sure the only thing is a sorry and we will make it better speech. Save all that time and attend to the broken rooms.

The manager Andy is simply amazing. I watched him give CPR to a dying guest in parking lot of hotel. When ambulance arrived he just went back to his job like nothing happen. FYI he is the only person working on weekends, he checks rooms, throws garbage, handles maintenance issues. He is all over the place and never breaks his smile. I've seen him deal with a very unpleasant person in the lobby and I lost my cool with this person, while Andy never did. He has impeccable customer service, if I had my own business I know I would love to have an employee like him. Amy is also a great desk person, very friendly and very helpful. There is another desk person but I didn't have any dealings with him. I would give 5stars but, the General Manager is a very rude person.

It was okay only because I was here one night for a road trip. Staff was nice. Rated it lower because when I was checking the bed for bed bugs (as I do for every hotel), noticed a lot of pet hair on the mattress - no bed bugs. Looked like dog hair. I don’t have dog allergies but I bet some folks would have a pretty horrible night if they did - so beware, check your bed, and take care of yourself. Check out the 377 bar! Easy to walk to and yummy food!
