Visiting from out of state, I brought my brand new vehicle for them to park. Picked it up the next morning to find my wheels curbed. The valet said they wouldn’t cover it, but said to fill out a form with my contact information. No response since then. Do not park your car here, they will not treat it properly.

It’s mostly owned by a ‘ landlord’ who takes the whole main floor. If you need to park overnight and your car won’t fit in a freight elevator (??) to go up several floors Forget it!!

They have been great...until now. I have used them a lot over the past two years with no problem. Then I brought in my 1 hr old new car. When I picked up my car the next day, I had a $700 case of curb rash on one of my wheels. Most of the workers seem great, but now I may not use them again.
