I honestly had a great experience at this hotel this pastes weekend. That staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a fast and easy check-in. Our room was beyond what we expect and have ever stayed in. We had a nice view from the second floor(room 224). The room was very clean like if nobody’s ever stayed in it! The TV was huge! I most of all loved the water bottle fill up station. Honestly started a whole convo with another lady about needing to fill our water jugs 😅 it’s pet friendly and saw so many friendly pups! The gym is 24/7 and they have a pool. My only complaint is that we found a bug in the bed my son slept in after I had checked the sheets the night before. I just grabbed a tissue and throw it in the toilet. There didn’t look to be other but I’m not sure. Overall had a great experience and will hope to be staying here again in the future.

Stayed 3 nights. Room was comfortable and in a great location. Close to many food places, shopping, etc. and right off the freeway. Hot breakfast had good options: cereal oatmeal, pancakes, bagels, eggs, sausage, etc. Not 100% happy with cleanliness, though. Found a glob of long, dark hair in the shower Tuesday morning. Asked them to clean the bathroom, and they agreed. It never got cleaned, though. Kid handprints all over the elevator doors for all 4 days, too. Everything else seemed clean. Very friendly staff, comfy bed, free wifi, working mini fridge, basic TV service, good temperature control.

This place is amazing! The property is kept impeccably clean, with staff always cleaning, vacuuming etc. As far as service, the hotel staff is hospitable, kind, and really impressed my wife which is hard to do. We've stayed at most Hilton brands, including the Waldorf Astoria and none impressed my wife more than this hotel. Honestly, it's the staff that made her feel welcome, and I am "Tru-ly" happy to recommend this specific hotel to anyone.

We loved it here, all the employees were so kind and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and beautiful. The TV in our room was huge and the internet was amazingly reliable. Never had a chance to use the gym or spa, but this was a very nice hotel and reasonably priced. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the sun shade, simple and effective. Really an amazing hotel at an amazing price.
