Order pick up, no ranch or celery and carrots and receipt states I paid for them. Now they won’t answer the phone. Ordered at 220 PM when they weren’t even busy. Feathers literally on the chicken.

Literally this was the worst experience. I’m being told my wings have sauce. Must be inflation; because it looks like a dry rub. I ordered for curbside pickup and checked in. I waited for 20 minutes (15 minutes past the time they told me it would be ready). When I went in, I was handed a bag with warm wings, and a warm salad (with no dressing). I doubt I’ll be back again. Especially after the employee on the phone had the balls to tell me that I got the right sauce (I have eaten wings to go, and in the store, with the SAME SAUCE dozens of times). But apparently, I’m stupid and I don’t know the difference between a rub and a sauced wing. Just look at the photo.

Great food! Lots of different flavors. Everyone seems to hate on chain restaurants. I think this is mainly because it makes them feel important? Like they are some sort of food expert or something? It doesn't make sense. Of course there are great mom and pop restaurants, but that doesn't mean all chains are bad. And this is one of those cases. Tons of flavors that actually taste good! When it comes to wings I have been to some of the competition around here and it doesn't even come close to how good this place is.

I ordered wings for the Super Bowl and everything was perfect. They had the wings ready at the scheduled time. There was absolutely no wait when I got there and the wings are made just right.
