Rudest staff ever! Trying to help my elderly mother sign in on the electronic kiosk was a mess. I knocked on the door to get a human being to help, but was met with rudeness. Unacceptable.

Can’t schedule appointment online, so drove all the way there to be told they only do the drug tests conveniently in morning and early afternoon, you know when people are at work 🙄 Nothing online or posted at the office says the hours they do the testing.

Terrible customer service . They make it difficult to get results.

They may be skilled in sticking a needle in the right spot to draw blood, but they {sucked} at providing professional hospitality. We got there in a rush from a doctors appointment before they closed with our 15 month old daughter, who has a possible deficiency that causes her to pass out. As we scrambled in and checked-in at the last minute, we were “greeted” by two nurses who were rude and more concerned about policy then the patient. They required us to wear a mask or we cannot enter. We said OK, we will wear one and I asked them to provide it. We did not have masks with us for several reasons. First, we were in a rush and didn’t think we would need one. Second, we are post pandemic. Who still requires clients to wear masks or no entry? They informed us that they could not provide us a mask and that we had to leave and couldn’t come back until we had a mask on. So we begin our journey throughout the rest of the medical Plaza trying to find someone who could lend us some “compliance-virtue signaling-face diapers”. Thankfully we found some and returned to the clinic in time to be seen. Because two parents are a danger to everyone, but one parent is not, one of us had to wait in the waiting room. I will say that not all of the nurses in the clinic were rude past the front door. Some of them were overheard by us complaining to one another about being forced to wear a mask all day. Shame on the leadership of quest Diagnostics for forcing their employees and patients to do something with their body that restricts breathing just for the sake of political policy. I hope at least you feel like you’ve done your part. (Sarcasm)

Hi. I do NOT work for Quest but, due to HIPPA regulations, no one should answer this type of question via a public site such as this.
