Ordered 1/4 chicken on the phone 10min before i arrived. I expected to wait a little bit longer. Maybe 5 or 10mim but they had me wait 25min longer and it still wasn't ready yet. My entire lunch break was wasted, and i couldn't wait longer so I just walked out. What made matters worse is that they laughed at my co-worker's order after he asked for his chicharon to be fried more. I don't know if they purposely made us wait longer , but watching customers walk in and have their order made right away only adds to that assumption. Maybe they don't like Puerto Rican customers?

These people are a joke I asked to make my chicharon extra crispy and the lady said it’s made for a certain amount of time which is fine I get it chicharon can take about 2 to 4 hours on how you make it I cook myself I’m Puerto Rican as well. The lady then said she’s not sure if they can do that and then says I will let the cooks know and see if they can. The reason why I said I want it fried extra was because chicharon is supposed to be crunchy when I got it from them the last time it wasn’t crunchy at all. Mind you I called 10 minutes before I got there. When I got there they were all laughing when they saw me and my coworker when I gave my name. They had everything ready and said the chicharon will be 15 minutes extra. I knew they were lying because they already have Chichorn ready and the lady didn’t tell me it will be an additional 15 minutes when I spoke with her prior 10 minutes before. My break isn’t that long because I’m an HVAC worker which means we are on the clock and moving. Horrible service never going here again. Just because I said I want the chicharon order more fried. We were also spending about 40 dollars worth of food. These people as I said before are a joke. Don’t come here.
