By far the worst Wendy's experience ever. Waited on the drive thru line today for over 20 mins when finally got to the order kiosk place my order and when i reached the window to pay the worker tells me she doesn't see my order and that i had to go back around to the drive thru to replace my order. Blows my mind to even think the rational behind this. We ask to speak to the manager and she was also clueless all they could say is "sorry we dont make the rules you will have to go back around the drive thru to rejoin the line." Really?! Yeah Wendy's you gotta do better then this.
