Amazing candy store that sells good candy. these 1 star reviews I’m reading on here make me shake my head and internally facepalm. But that’s to be expected with google reviews. You can never trust them.

So disappointed by the way we were treated today at this location. I took my six year old son here to get candy with his money he received from the tooth fairy. He was so excited! When we went in, I saw him use the tongs for the Swedish fish, but he changed his mind and put them back (didn’t touch them). I told him that I will grab him a bag to put the candy in. As I was getting the bag, I looked over and saw my child out his hand in the jar. Just as I was telling him he couldn’t do that, the gentleman who I believe to be the owner yelled at my child from across the store, frightening him. My son is very sensitive and I could see he was embarrassed and about to cry. I told the gentleman to not yell at my son it was a a accident he didn’t mean anything by it. He then continued to yell and argue with me saying it happened twice (which only saw the one time) and how unsanitary it is. He completely lost his cool. I understand the unsanitary part of it. Especially with COVID. I am not arguing that, but the way the situation was handled was so unprofessional. I would think that you would have more patience with children if you open up a candy store. My son cried all the way home apologizing for touching the candy. Shame on you.

This is my favorite candy shop in the area! The owner is often working and always a pleasure to see. He has wonderful staff that are always polite, helpful, and positive. The place is always immaculately clean, very well organized, and completely stocked with all kinds of delicious, delicious treats!
