So quick and so helpful! My engagement ring has two sapphires, but one wasn't getting any light due to the custom setting so it looked black rather than blue. Chris suggested cutting a v-shape into the gold wall and I am so happy with it! I dropped it off Tuesday and had it back on my hand Thursday.
