Pulled up to this Jack in the box at 10pm at night on 6/26/2022. Worker working the drive thru claimed the store is closed because the cashier is late and would be closed till the cashier arrives. So no one knows how to ring up customers? Only one employee in the store can ring up? And if not the store is now inoperable? Doesn’t make any sense. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes just for that cashier to never arrive and the employee to never help. So basically work for Jack in the box because they pay their workers to do absolutely nothing if one link on the train falls through. Pathetic.

Very very very rude, door clearly says open at 5am. Which they then later informed me that they are actually open at 6am due to staff shortage which is very understandable, though my issue is the way the young lady and the manger addressed me she was getting in my face about the problem like it’s my fault. I felt threatened, and quite frankly I told them I don’t want anything so I won’t bother them with actually having to make me any food, I was just going to go in buy a drink just so I can use their restroom, and they still said no. As someone who currently works at a fast food place I understand the bother, but when it’s someone with a health related issue, then I personally would accommodate something for those in need, unlike this location. Some can say why didn’t I just go home? I have class at 7am, and I live 30mins away, so I had no choice but hope for the best and try and find somewhere close, like this location, but humanity clearly doesn’t exist here. Honestly I just hope that they find a job where they can actually be happy.

Waited in line with many other customers. I get up to the ordering speaker. No greeting. Waited a few minutes. Nothing. I pulled up to the window. No one. Honked a few times. Nothing. It says 24 hours. Where are the employees??

Something Fishie (Felicia Cravens)

I'm standing outside the restaurant at a quarter past 7 having walked a Mile to get a breakfast jack and the door is locked and nobody is visible inside. Hours posted on the door say 5 am to 10 PM for the dining room. Two cars are in the drive thru though. I know service in Vegas is iffy, but how can this franchise be so bad on multiple days and be addressed only with vague comments and thin regrets expressed by the operator? I didn't want an apology or an excuse. I wanted a freaking Breakfast Jack.
