I place an order on the app for pick up and order of $38 and I placed another order when I went to the drive thru. The cashier tells me for my mobile app order is only 2.79 I tell her and showed her my order in the app she said she doesn’t know what happen and was gracious enough to let me order with her when I get to pick up my order the person there who I assume is the manager was giving me attitude and telling me I can’t place 3 orders I told her I wasn’t planning too but because the app not working it had to be done I always come to this location and this is the first time I had a bad experience and from a manager that is not right. Fix your mobile app

I came through last night and they said they were closed.. This is the 4th time thats happened at this location so I wont go out of my way to come here anymore. Need to update your hours from 24 hours to when ever we feel like being open.

I ordered through Postmates/Uber eats today between 7:30 and 8am and didn’t receive the biscuits that I ordered. Father spoke to the male manager whom was rude and told him to contact Uber eats cause it’s basically not his issue. Excuse me?!? They didn’t mess up my order, McDonald’s did. Bag was sealed. All the delivery service is going to do is refund me and all we wanted was the food we paid for not a refund. How hard is it to correct your mistake? Do you always blame the delivery services when food arrives uncompleted or wrong? (And cause yes I am petty and want the manager to know exactly who this is, I Included a photo of my order number with what I received including what was eaten hince the empty wrapper) oh this is going on Yelp too

This McDonald’s is super slow and has the man power to get more people on the register but either ignorant or just lazy to do it so waited forever to get my meal. Also uneducated and didn’t know the menu or limited knowledge. Also, with the COVID masks it’s super hard to hear the employees speak and they don’t even speak much English and have such a thick accent that I had to like scream and tell the lady my order like 5 times. Lol
