These ladies threw drinks at our open window and soaked us in soda all because we went through the drive thru and asked if they were open when it says open 24 hours, the police were contacted and sent there

Edit went a few days ago to give it another shot. Took 15 mins in drive-thru with only two cars in front of me. on top of that the photos they had a tip jar in the window. i goto this spot a lot. Today when ordering. I asked for one ranch. then i was charged for the ranch. Last time i seen it was charged for extra. Im not asking for extra i want 1 with the meal. Its all good. I will just stop going to this location. I see this as a good trade off. They would have received i say $20 to $80 a month from me to $0.20 cents or what ever they charged me and never go back. Cory was the guy on the register. Just sad. This is the only location that charges for sauce that comes with your meal

After sitting in the drive-through for almost 45 minutes you get ready to order and they tell you that they’re temporarily closed and are you here to pick up most ridiculous thing ever time completely wasted they should have someone out here telling people this. This line is backed all the way out to the street and now I’m still stuck in the drive-through trying to get out of here since they won’t let you order anything worst experience ever I’ll never be back

Jack is my go to fast-food because the food is good and the service is decently fast however, the drive thru at this Jack in the Box was slow (second car in line) and our order was incorrect. We didn't notice until we drove away. I always go to the Jacklistens site on the receipt to do the questionnaire and leave a comment but they also did not give us a receipt. We have had slowness problems with this particular Jack in the past so we'll just skip this one from now on. We were visiting Vegas for a few days and headed back to California.
