In this place, only one person attends well, it is the boy, because the manager is rude, she needs to be trained to be able to attend to the Public, I frequent this place to buy my breakfasts when the boy is there everything flows excellent but when the manager is there she is Hispanic who believes that being the manager she can treat customers badly, I have acquaintances who think the same, they should remove her and place the boy is very kind, she does not like the client when she is a woman but she drools over the male clients for serving them, on the other hand, she treats the women like garbage, I only treat her I see when I go there, and he has treated me awfully I have arrived there have been no more clients and he does not attend me recently I went in my work uniform and he started making comments and making fun of my uniform and today I went and he did not understand what She was asking, being a Hispanic, she is racist, and she began to make comments, they are people who should not be serving the public, she needs to study to educate herself.

The owner/manager of this particular location needs to hire crew members ASAP. Dunkin is a great franchise but you are loosing business because your store is understaffed. Your employees are getting pounded with orders and they are frustrated. Honestly is not their fault. They are doing what they can. Management/owner needs to step it up.
