The store was organized and clean but lacks customer service and friendless. Walked around for aprox 10 minutes and wasn't greeted once. Not meeting Targets Value on welcoming Guests into the store. Improvement is needed!

No! People seem to confuse EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) with SNAP (Supplemental nutrition Assistance Program). SNAP is paid out thru EBT and generally speaking cannot be used at any restaurant or coffee house, only in stores authorized by the state.
Best bet is a phone store that sell Sim cards.
You have to park at one of their pick up parking spaces, then you call them and let them know you're there, provide your name and what kind of car you are at and thats it. 4 mins later you'll be driving away :)
