The store itself is nice. The employees walk away from you. I know that the owner has seen my post but I want to make this clear. When the employee walked away I did not buy anything. I went elsewhere. I don't bother with those who don't want to sell products to me.

I have a couple thoughts about my visit to BS. 1. Hanna was very pleasant and a lot of help. 2. I don't like having to log into Google to do this. 3. I wasn't impressed with your process of handling payments. It was very slow. 4. We were going to take the piece with us that we bought and had to stand in line again before picking up the chair in the back of your store. It seems to me that once payment is made the buyer should be able to go to the back of the store at our leisure to get the chair.

A lot of retailers have to show a price for each item on the invoice. The odds are that they reduced the price of the sofa and/or recliner to offset the $300.00 recliner. The total should still be the advertised price.

We do not keep appliance parts in-store. However, we do have our own service company, which can turnaround those parts usually very quickly!
Ended up getting a refund amd buying elsewhere. Promised delivery date was missed amd couldn't give a straight answer for delivery.
