I thought the whole point of this place was to give me an offer and I can either accept it or decline. As soon as I come in I tell them I’m ready to see my offer. The girl immediately opens the register and pulls out money… then I said wait what’s the offer ?? You didn’t tell me yet”. She said “36.76” as she’s handing me the cash… at that point I just took it because she didn’t even give me time to say if I wanted that or not. I would’ve said no actually and took all the clothes back because it’s worth way more. But she already had the money out so I didn’t know what to do. That’s so weird and I find it inconsiderate.

Way over priced! Can usually get the wife some LuLuLemon leggings from $15-$20 from Platos Closet. But at this one they want $60+ for em! Anything that's a good name brand is over priced. Would not recommend unless money isn't a worry for you...

My husband took my clothes there for me. I took in literally 50 items and they took 6 items. They told my husband that I had a "mature" style and that my clothes were out of style. Literally most of clothes still had tags on them. RUDE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Boujee and rude employees!

Hi! We currently require all customers and staff top wear masks while in the store! We also have social distancing markers throughout the store to make sure customers are safe while they wait in line. Hand sanitizer is offered upon entering and leaving the store and by request! We also sanitize heavily used areas frequently, including the fitting rooms, which are at reduced capacity to minimize exposure.

Sometimes if you get there later they will give you a slip and you can leave them and get a call the next day. But same, no one knows how much they will give until they give you offer
