I've been calling and leaving messages for nearly three months. No one ever returns my calls. I have resorted to sending a letter to their PO Box. All of my fees are paid, my license is valid, yet there is a block on my registration. The BMV can do nothing and I cant renew my registration. I JUST HAD TO SELL MY CAR TO MY HUSBAND to be able to get valid plates! This is ridiculous.

Also how is anyone suppose to pay thier ticket in person if you guys are never there this is really ridiculous and needs to be handled other wise people will have bench warrents i have been up there the past 3 days to pay a ticket

I'm having the same problem an mine is due today

Been trying to pay my ticket for 2 days... no one is there an no one answers the phone... I better not get in more trouble over this... anyone know what to do

I believe you can drop your payment off in person on the side of the building. There is a Dropbox there.
