Met with Jemima for a consult who barely explained the procedures or how the equipment works. Didn’t want to answer my questions, kept saying they’re number one in the business over and over again. Then she was on her phone checking on her daughters instead of excusing herself. She was very dismissive and short answered. The consult lasted less than 15 minutes. I don’t even know if she’s a licensed esthetician or physician to be assessing clients and dictating treatment. She’s just a sales person with horrible customer service. Regardless the prices are too high compared to other places and every time someone leaves them a negative or constructive review, this place claims it’s a fake review. But fyi this is not a fake review— and the staff reading this should recognize my name in their appointment history. Good luck

I had a consultation with Adrienne seeking a second opinion after a botched surgery leafy me with scarring by another doctor. The outcome from my previous surgery was not good. She was very kind and listened to my concerns. She was the only person I saw for a consultation that actually examined me. She took measurements and explained what could be done to address my concerns. They all made me feel like the most important patient, not someone who was wasting their time. I am so thankful I was able to speak with her at this level. It changed my outlook on things and I have hope that my issues can be resolved. I plan to schedule the late if my laser soon. The whole team at Perfect Body is amazing and I am looking forward to my next step in this journey. I only wish I had started here FIRST!
