I go to this location whenever I need blood work done because it is closest to my house. I never had a bad experience. Today, I had an exceptional experience, even with many blood work test orders from a specialist. I ended up withdrawing about 30 tubes. My phlebotomist was so pleasant.

Wow...I feel like I hit the lottery after reading the reviews on this place. I had no issues at all. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for 8:45 am and arrived promptly at 8:38am and checked in. Waited in my car and received a text at 8:48am to come in. Blood taken and done by 9:00am. Great experience 👍

I went to the Bayshore office and was the only person there waiting 20 minutes and no other patience was in the back? I waited over 2 days for them to correct them putting down the wrong collection day? It took them 3 days to correct their mistake. Do not go there?

I took my 5 day old to get a Belirubin test done everything went smooth sailing until they pulled out a massive vial & a butterfly stick to take blood out on my 5 day old. You don’t do this test with that! It’s done by a heel stick especially the fact that she’s only 5 days old. The girl that took me and my family in was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention that she was on her cellphone texting the whole time I was in the room. This place is a mess and unprofessional do not recommend! Had to go to a Northwell lab instead which was 1000% better!
