Place a call to Simon Kenton council BSA, and they can tell you what is going on at camp Lazarus. The camp is now available for other groups to rent.
Cash is handy to have to have with you in case you would like to try things like fry bread, bean soup or purchase other little things while you're there too. I believe drinks are included with meals.
Depending on what you are trying to do, yes and no. There is a amphitheater that's available for small events ask phil the grounds manager if you want to host an event here.
