Booked a haircut with Ty. I asked to keep length, but reduce bulk, and Ty managed to do it. I told him that I had problems getting a comb through my hair, and before I left, he gave me a comb to run through my hair to make sure the problem was solved. I’ve been to almost all salons in the area, but have always preferred this one. It’s always clean and relaxing, and the staff are great.

If you are looking for an amazing hair salon, visit 1820 Collective. I just love this place; great people, amazing-smelling products, and an awesome atmosphere. Everyone is so nice here, from the owner, to the receptionist to the amazing stylists. I've been coming here for about a year and a half and I only have positive things to say. This building is historic and so charming and cozy inside. And of course, I'm biased, but if you want a stylist who really listens to you and understands how you want your hair cut, schedule an appointment with Kassy. Everytime I come in, she takes her time to understand what I want that visit and then I get spoiled with the heated neck rest at the sink and the footstool, not to mention the fireplace. Plus, I get a great scalp massage and I leave feeling like I just had the best therapy ever. Why go to those other salons? Save your time and spend your money here; it's definitely worth it.
