The location is within walking distance from our residence. The vet and staff were most helpful in putting our Labrador down. The meds worked quickly and humanely done. And they were very careful and tender with him when he passed and we left.

I gave 1 star for multiple reasons. This is very much a money making operation that cares very little about your animals. They will nickel and dime you on everything they possibly can. This is the type of clients they are trying to attract and keep. Ones that don’t question anything and have deep pockets. If you don’t mind blowing money Willy-nilly on your pets then you can come here and expect a mediocre experience. I have since moved on to a different vet and realized how much of a better and wholesome experience you can have elsewhere. Also, I understand every business deals differently with the Covid world we live in. I can’t think of a business who has handled this less gracefully than all pets. Truly terrible vibes and a dark sheep-like vibe surrounding this place.

Brought my long-haired cat here a couple of times and was so happy with the experience. He looked amazing after each haircut!

This place was more concerned with paperwork than our dogs. When we pick up our dogs one was covered in her own po and pee. obviously not well taken care of. I called and asked for manager in charge but was given a you g vet tech that said she could not address my concerns and told me someone would call me back, that never happened and we will never take our pet there again
