I go here a lot, but had a bad experience today. My first glass of water had a dirty glass, and the replacement already had a dead bug in it when it arrived at my table (see pic). And the service is poor to where I still haven't gotten new water at time of writing. Oh and my french fries look more like hash browns with how small they are.
