Update11/3/21: Some of the most incompetent staff. You tell them one thing and then they turn around and lie and say you said this or you didn’t say that. I know your lines are recorded, why won’t you go back and listen to the conversation instead of making things up? Oh waiit, that’s right... because you’re wrong and are afraid to admit it because you’ve already lied about said conversation. Integrity/responsibility is definitely not apart of this office. Very anti help and definitely anti male. Two ladies at the front are great but as far as the way they process and do things its almost as if its a waste of time. They will always refer you to a church or the VA. They turn a blind eye to those who take advantages of there programs and when its reported you are met with a I don't care attitude. If you are a female they most definitely have no problems shelling out all available option. They have no problems calling people asking for a particular person in which those people have nothing to do with your case. And ive never known a place where these case workers are never at work or goto lunch for 2 hours or more.
