Wow, customer service is extraordinary. I needed to return an order and they just refunded it and told me to donate it to my local shelter instead. No hoops or anything, finances back, and now the items I can’t use can be given to a shelter in need. Took less than an hour to get back to me over email. Everything I didn’t need to return has worked wonderfully in bringing a new kitten home and giving her only the best. I’ll happily spend my money here for her care if they continue to be so great.

I am just in Awe of the kindness within CHEWY CORP. I had called because I forgot to delete my dog Cody’s Trifexis from my autoship because he recently passed a week ago and they not only refunded me for the medicine, but I came home to the sweetest card and bouquet of flowers for me and my family…. Tears ❤️ So thoughtful and unexpected. May you all at CHEWY be Blessed each day for your tender hearts 🥰

I’ve never had good customer service. This is the 4th time I’ve had a problem (caused by the pharmacy/customer service) left unresolved. Today, I called to update vet info to get an rx filled. Doing so caused the pharmacy tech to delete the initial order, resulting in me losing a $20 gift card. The tech was not helpful and kept reiterating that there’s nothing she can do and hung-up on me!! $20 down the drain and an attitude all because of a clerical error. This is why I take my business elsewhere. Besides the handwritten birthday cards we get from Chewy, it’s not worth buying anything here when simple issues can’t be resolved when representatives/technicians make mistakes. Why am I affected by someone else’s errors?! Last time I ever buy anything through this disgrace of a company.

I have shopped with Chewy for a long time and have nothing but great things to say about them. Especially for their caring. I notified them one of my sweet pups passed away and they sent flowers and their condolences. Not many companies would show this much care and compassion these days so Thank You Chewy!
